Therapeutic Services
When embarking into therapy of any kind, no two journeys are going to look the same. Your starting point, your values, your life experience, and our client/therapist relationship will all impact what our therapy looks like. That being said, see below for a brief idea of how I approach these types of therapy.
Individual Therapy
Learn how to manage and better understand your biggest challenges. Learn more about yourself and how the systems you are a part of impact your daily life. Paint a picture of your ideal existence and work with a trained professional to realize it.

Life Coaching
If you’re outside of Connecticut, feel free to contact me about life coaching! While life coaching is not a substitute for therapy and does not constitute mental health treatment, I am happy to share with you my guidance and insight to help in whatever way I am able.
